    Step 1

    Wash both hands

    Wash your hands up to the wrists — three times, and don’t forget between the fingers.

    Step 2

    Rinse your mouth

    Take a little water into your mouth and swish it around. Do this three times.

    Step 3

    Rinse your nose

    Sniff a little water gently into your nose, then blow it out. Three times.

    Step 4

    Wash your whole face

    Wash your face from your hairline to your chin, and ear to ear. Three times.

    Step 5

    Wash both arms

    Wash your right arm up to the elbow, then your left arm. Three times each.

    Step 6

    Wipe your head

    With wet hands, wipe over your head once. This one is a wipe, not a wash.

    Step 7

    Wash both feet

    Wash your right foot to the ankle, then your left. Don’t forget between the toes.
